We are pleased to announce an expanded offering for summer groups and “camps” for kids and teens! All of our programs will run online and be facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist.

FOR TEENS (13-17): 4 Options
Circle Up Teen Groups
Teen Boys and Girls ages 13-17
Meets 1 time per week for 7 weeks
July 7 – Aug 20 (7 weeks)
Option 1: Tuesdays from 4:30-5:45 pm
Option 2: Thursdays from 4:30-5:45 pm

Our popular teen group program, for teens who need positive social connections, Our unique style of programming includes interactive experiences and experiential therapies designed to be effective at boosting mood and increasing self-esteem, while creating a fun experience that keeps teens motivated to participate.

Circle Up Teen “Camp”

Teen Boys and Girls ages 13-17
Meets Monday to Friday for 60 min for 1 Week
Option 1: Mon, July 20 – Fri, July 24 from 3-4pm
Option 2: Mon, August 3 – Fri, Aug 7 from 3-4pm

The week-long version of our popular program, for teens looking for positive social connections, and a boost in self-esteem. Activities will focus on positive thinking, healthy coping skills, and developing your passion. (An optional talent show / showcase will be the culminating event of this week-long camp!)

Just Girls! Self-Esteem Group

Teen Girls ages 13-17
Meets 1 time per week for 10 weeks
Mondays at 6 to 7:15 pm 
Starting Monday July 6th

Our longest-running teen group, for girls who need positive social connections.Our group addresses the many challenges teens face today: depression, social anxiety & low self-esteem. We Use CBT, DBT, and creative projects to make our groups meaningful and fun!
Group Facilitated by Kendall Klas, LCSW

CBT CAMP – Teens
Teen Boys and Girls ages 13-17
Monday to Friday for 60 minutes for 1 week
Option 1: Monday, July 6th – Friday, July 10th from 11am-12pm
Option 2: Monday, Aug 10th – Friday, Aug 14th from 11am – 12pm

For Teens struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, social anxiety and/or depression.
This is the camp for teens who need to learn practical ways to manage mental health symptoms.

FOR KIDS (7-12): 3 Options

Confident Kids Groups
Boys and Girls ages 7-12
Meets 1 time per week for 10 weeks
Starting Week of July 6th
Grades 2,3 & 4: Tuesdays, 6-6:30pm
Grades 5,6 & 7: Thursdays, 6-7pm

Our well-known kids group helps children work on positive social skills and healthy coping skills. We use art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and creative games to make skill building fun and engaging.

Confident Kids “Camps”
Boys and girls ages 7-12
Meets Monday to Friday for 30 or 60 min for 1 Week; 1pm start time
Option 1: Week of July 6th (Grades 5,6 & 7); 60 minutes
Option 2: Week of July 13th (Grades 2,3 & 4); 30 minutes
Option 3: Week of August 3rd (Grades 5,6 & 7); 60 minutes
Option 4: Week of August 10 (Grades 2,3 & 4); 30 minutes

The week-long version of our popular Confident Kids program.
Camps facilitated by Maria Antoniou, LMFT.

CBT CAMP – Kids
Kids ages 8-11
Monday to Friday for 60 minutes for 1 week
Option 1: Monday, July 13th – Friday, July 17th from 11am-12pm
Option 2: Monday, Aug 3rd – Friday, Aug 7th from 11am-12pm
