Lauren presents three dynamic programs to educate, inspire, and motivate positive change.

Program Title:

Parenting in the Digital Age – Screen Time Questions during COVID and Beyond (Children/Teens)

Summary:

Participants will get practical tips and essential guidance on how to use screens and tech to promote creativity and connection, while avoiding screen-addiction and low moods. During the pandemic and beyond, all parents continue to face the big question: “How much screen time is too much?” This program will boil the issue down to the key research and highlight the most important take-aways from the ongoing screen-time debate.

Program Title:

Spiritual Growth: Simple Yet Powerful Steps to Increase Happiness, Creativity,

& Productivity at Work & Home

Summary:

Participants will practice simple yet powerful strategies for achieving daily peace of mind. (And really, who doesn’t want more of that?) Gain awareness of, and learn to control, habitual thought patterns, emotional ups-and-downs, and other mental states that hinder our ability for more meaning and creativity in our lives. Drawing from widely-accepted techniques, in addition to essential personal experience, Lauren will guide participants to lay a foundation for spiritual growth and a new understanding of consciousness.

Program Title:

Gen Z Parenting: Raising Independent Thinkers, Not Passive Consumers

Summary:

Critical thinking skills, meaningful peer relationships, and self-efficacy are all key factors contributing to healthy psychological development of our kids. So why do we place so much emphasis on other less important factors (like grades and extracurricular activities) and give our kids free rein of our homes? This program will provide participants with a wake-up call to what truly matters when raising Gen Z kids, and how to start implementing effective parenting while minimizing stress and anxiety for everyone in the home.
